"Chang Qing | Chang Qing" will open at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at the "west lake, landscape, culture -- art corridor" of huanglong hotel in hangzhou.

Chang Qing is a famous contemporary Chinese artist. At a time when most painters engage in "grand narrative" and "little narrative", he has begun to play "grand narrative" and "little narrative". Just like the works we selected for this exhibition, the artist depicts many ordinary life scenes and instant emotional states through a variety of materials such as oil painting sticks, watercolors, toners and digital images. The expression of Evergreen also completely abandoned the old line of realistic oil painting, and presented the existence and imagination in a real picture at the same time, and translated the emotion of the object in the depicted object into a dialogue that can almost hear the sound and touch the pulse through her painting.

This is the 60th exhibition held by Hanyang Art Center in the Art Gallery of Huanglong Hotel. More than 40 works will be exhibited in this exhibition. The extension will run until April 20, 2019.

Chang Qing | Chang Qing is the name of the exhibition. Thanks to the polysemous nature of Chinese words, we almost fall into the trap of a kind of writing. This exhibition is going to talk about evergreen artists and their way to evergreen art. It is obvious that the evergreen artist has not yet reached the same time as the decayed Pine and Cypress, and the so-called evergreen path of art in our hearts is only a literary ideal that has been touched by some artistic history writing habits. Many artists seek for their own personal language and schema all their lives, and try to prepare some personal materials that can be remembered by art history through repeated reminders and labors. Evergreen and I know there is almost no such "ambition", in its first oil painting creation, for example, with those who lie on the market in the breeze under the style of his heritage to sleep "successful" artists, evergreen could have kept the personal style of painting has been comfortable, this is also our common identity under the way of an artist's evergreen. If painting is a road, the correct way to drive art history is from a given starting point to an uncertain end point. Like truck drivers, artists compete over how much they can carry and how far they can drive, and the farther they travel, the more goods they carry, the more money they are paid. And Evergreen, the painting "old driver" I know, seems to have driven the car down the road.

They fantasize about using evergreen hands to construct their own ideals of painting, which might involve more contemporary schematics, more intense social criticism, or brainteaser philosophies. They always think that a good painter is needed to solve more problems that have little to do with painting. In my opinion, painting will eventually be like Hinayana Buddhism instead of Mahayana Buddhism, which can only be crossed by itself and cannot be crossed by others. In the face of evergreen paintings, normal writing should include: hand feeling, accuracy, painting, talent, interest, vividness, vivid, expressive, classic, rich and so on. But let's not talk about it here, because these words should not be used as a guide for a lost driver, but simply as a road sign speeding by.

We've been talking about a path. The last thing I want to say is that the road is not only straight, but also round, so where we start, where we end. There are so many trucks on this road at high speed every day that if we were not driving on a bad country road, no truck would leave a tire trace except for a sharp turn, a sharp brake, and a sharp roll over.
